Abstract

The rotary soil cultivator consists of a metal frame, and at least one large wheel to which implements are attached and which rotates at an adjustable speed. The wheel rotates on a hub which is part of the frame. A support wheel acts as a depth gauge and is controlled by an hydraulic ram. The support wheel is positioned between the implement-attachment wheel and the tractor. Additional ploughing implements, consisting of rigid teeth have a protective casing around the backward projecting tools.
