Abstract

The mechanism dispenses constant quantities of liquid from a vessel, and has a distorting elastic envelope forming a chamber with inlet and outlet ball valves (6,7). One of these connects the chamber (5) with the interior of the vessel (2), above which it is mounted, and the other the chamber to the outside via a nozzle (16), which remains stationary during discharge. The envelope (4) is sealed inside a rigid tube (8), preferably cylindrical, with an opening in the side through which a component (12) passes, compressing the envelope from the side. The positioning of the opening is such that its lower end is just above the top of the vessel (18), after the mechanism has been inserted in the latter.
