Abstract

The movable wall consists of separate foldable spreading wings (4) with a top guide rail (5) and a bottom guide rail (5'). The wings (4) are suspended by a carriage traversing the top rail (5), and are joined together by double hinges which allow rotation through 180 deg. The top guide rail (5) consists of a U-shaped profile which forms two opposite guides for the carriage (13) carrying the wings (4). The carriage (13) is alternatively attached to the hinges (7) by guide rollers. The top guide rail (5) is vertically adjustable by tensioning rods attached to a clamp above. The bottom hinges are provided with pairs of guide rollers which run in the bottom guide rail (5'). The bottom guide rail (5') is adjustably attached to a U-profile (31).
