Abstract

The U-shaped trim strip for glass and metal panel edges has an array of flexible tags on both inside faces to grip the panel securely. One side has several small tags (5) to hold the strip parallel to the panel, while the other side has a larger tag to provide the securing pressure. The larger tag is bent, with its free end curved to lie at a shallower angle to the panel. This eases the fitting effort and spreads the tag pressure over a larger area, for a more secure hold.
