Abstract

The electronic polyphase electrical energy measuring meter has an operational circuit. This circuit is designed to produce from the current and voltage of each phase, an output current proportional to the sum of the electrical power in each phase. This output current is transformed into pulses by a current pulse converter. The pulses formed are fed into a counter which integrates them. The number of pulses counted by the counter during a determined period of time represents a value corresponding to the electrical energy.
