Abstract

The arrangement consists of a framework (1) with vertical and horizontal elements (2, 4, 5, etc.) from which hangs a pocket (11) made of thick material and open at the top. Into this pocket is placed a flexible envelope or bag (13) made of plastic material. A cross member (12) causes the pocket and bag to hang in two lateral bulges (15, 16). Exit tubes (17, 18) of flexible material are attached to the outer pocket. They are positioned slightly above the lowest point of the bulges. A suitable device is pushed up through the exit channels to cut and seal the inner bag. This device has cutting points and a handle by which it can be manipulated.
