Abstract
The transmitter-receiver has superregenerative feedback, and transmits information by using the repetition frequency of received wave trains. The wave trains are amplified in an oscillator with an oscillating diode and a cavity resonator which are connected as a superregenerative feed-back amplifier. The transmitter -receiver is tripped by a pulse generator also used for keying the transmitted wave trains, and comprises an amplifier and filters guiding the wave trains received from the antenna to the oscillator cavity resonator. The wave trains from the oscillator to the amplifier, and the amplified wave trains to the antenna.
