Abstract

The attachment consists of a clip (1) which is passed through a narrow slot (4) in a rectangular fixing block (5) considerably wider than the clip. The slot does not extend to the ends of the block, which are solid. In cross section, the slot is formed preferably of two rounded members (11, 12) facing each other so that a smooth bearing face is provided for the clip. The clip supports the tube or pipe (6) and slides in a U-shaped channel section (7) with turned in edges (8) which retain the ends of the block (5). Several clips can thus be held close together in one channel and allow lateral adjustment of pipe position and the facility to dismantle individual pipes without disturbing the rest.
