Abstract

The bicycle incorporates a forked support frame (1) the segments of which (2, 3) separate to retain an axlw for the rear wheel (7). At the front the frame (1) is a hub (4) with an axle support to a front fork (5) holding the spindle for the front wheel (6). Between the two wheels, which are of similar size is a pedestal (8) below the level of the wheel centres, but above the ground, carrying a support tube (9) for the saddle (10). The rear wheel axles has a brake coupling attached to a brake pedal (13) on the foot pedestal by a connecting rod (12). Propulsion is by means of a hand held push rod.
