Abstract

The mounting of loudspeakers for stereophonic or quadrophonic demonstrations has fully adjustable stable mountings and does not require the use of auxiliary locking tools. The adjustment is fully repeatable. A fully adjustable mounting (20) comprises an endless screw thread (22) which is rotated by an operating handle (25). The thread engages with a helicoidal toothed wheel (21) mounted between the sides of the U shaped casing. The toothed wheel has graduations marked on it visible through the case to indicate position enabling an L shaped loudspeaker support (23) to be precisely reset. This support forms the axis for the wheel. The casing pivots on a shaft (24) which locates in a bored hole.
