Abstract
A double flow ventilating fan which gives two air flows in opposite directions at the same time for intake and exhaust, with a single motor mounted at the centre of the circular housing, driving two rotors forming a single unit, has the rotors designed to directly separate two flows of air coming into contact with the outside. These rotors have a pattern of thin blades arranged radially to give a star shape, the centre corresponding to the axis of rotation of the motor. The blades are curved slightly in the opposite direction to their rotation, and may be helicoidal.
