Abstract
The transmission system is designed to use a multiplexer for simultaneous transfer of numeric information and of analogue values. The input stage includes a cyclic generator controlling all information point entries, and of analogue values, an analogue multiplexer an analogue/numeric converter. A parallel/series transformer is connected so that groups of information bits are transmitted in the form of channels of trains of pulses which repeat in a cyclic fashion. The reception and reproduction function for these trains of pulses consists of a logic circuit which is synchronised with the cyclic generator. The information strings incorporate a parity bit at the head of each sequence which is connected with the tail end of the preceding sequence.
