Abstract

The bracket (10) supports the ridge tile (F) above the top (20). The bracket comprises a flat part (11) with fixtures (17) to attach the bracket to the main rafters (5) and a top-piece forming seating for the ridge-tile. The seating is generally perpendicular to the flat part (11) and is U-shaped. The fixtures consist of openings and/or projections (17) similar to teeth. The bracket has a cover part similar to plate (11), with a wider part at its lower end. The core part is essentially triangular. The bracket (10) is of steel-sheeting, is possible stainless.
