Abstract

The device for the attachment of a complementary face or front (3) onto spectacle frames (1) comprises an attachment or hooking component (4) which is relatively elastic and which grips behind the bridge (2) of the frames (1). It is integral with the connecting component of the glasses on the face at a level between 1/2 and 1/4 above their height. A wide range of designs available for the attachment component includes symmetrical U-shaped, W-shaped and inverted V-shaped wire clips.
