Abstract

The distributor shaft turns a rotor upon which is a series of projecting magnets (14) having the same polarity and irregularly positioned round the rotor. The stator plate (11) has a similar set of projecting magnets (15) also irregularly placed in the manner that, in at least one rotor position in relation to the stator, the corresponding rotor and stator magnets will cover each other and in at least two other positions, as the distributor shaft is rotated, some of the rotor poles will cover some of the stator poles. The stator poles are of reverse polarity to the rotor poles, so that at each rotation one strong impulse and two weaker impulses will be produced.
