Abstract
Garment using Peltier and Hall effects to activate and maintain surface body heat comprises >=2 different metals placed in opposed zones of the garment in contact with the skin to increase blood circulation by localised electrical action, e.g., braid, lamellae or panels of gold wire at the neck and cuffs, and of chrome-plated copper wire at the lower edge of the garment. The garment may be lined with insulating matl. to avoid loss of heat. Typically used for underwear, headwear, gloves, mittens, socks, etc.
