Abstract

The plug-in pipe connection for high pressure fluids has one pipe fitting (B) which is inserted into the other fitting (A), the latter having an inner sleeve (1) which receives the first fitting, and which a also carries an upper set of ports (1e) and lower ports (1d) divided by a partition (1c). Communication between the ports is controlled by an outer sliding sleeve (3). The nose (20a) of first fitting pushes a spring loaded inner ring (12) against a spring (11) and is locked there by a set of tangential pins (6) which slide in sloping slots. To open the valve, an outer collar (7) is pushed down inside the bell mouthed end (3b) of the sliding sleeve (3) against another spring (8), allowing the sleeve to slide down and uncover the two sets of parts at the same time.
