Abstract

An awning (1) for a caravan or tent has side panels (3, 4) and a front panel (7). These panels have openings (8, 9, 10, 11) which can be covered by small panels to form doors or windows. The panels can be fixed by sliding clasp fasteners or press buttons around their edges. they can be of several shapes and arrangements with different forms of decoration. These panels may be interchanged to suit particular site conditions, i.e. doors away from the prevailing wind. The awning (1) can be fixed to the caravan by sliding clasp fasteners and there can be projecting roof and side pieces (2, 5, 6).
