Abstract

The container has a screw top which covers and seals the outlet of the bottle. The screw top can contain an applicator or brush. The inside of the neck of the bottle is ribbed to clean the brush. The neck of the container is extended downwards into a cylinder which has a tapered edge of reduced diameter. This top fits tightly into a second cylinder of about the same length and with also a tapered lower edge. This part is inserted into the neck of the liquid container which may have any outside shape and size.
