Abstract

Zirconium-aluminium a tiperspirants with empirical formula (I): ZrOCl2 Al(OH)2OOCCH2NH2 x Al(OH)6-aCla y in which a = from 0.8-2. 0, x = 0. 75-1.5, y = 0.25-6. (I) may be used in preparations with antiperspirant activity, esp. is aerosol form. The activity of (I) is comparable with that of aliminium-zirconium complexes. The acidity of the preparations is not detrimental to the skin or clothing.
