Abstract

The receptacle is in two prts; the lower part forming a container for the towels (20) folded zigzag fashion. The upper part is a cover sealed onto a flat rim on the lower part, this rim also forming a handhold. A well is formed in the central part of the cover and has a star shaped aperture at the bottom, this being used to extract the towels. Each towel (20) can be torn off along a perforated line (44), leaving a length of the next towel exposed for pulling. A hinged lid (26) closes the aperture, being returned in place by a clip type seal.
