Abstract

An arrangement for automatic data evaluation on hand written or coded documents has a feed arrangement for documents for a conveyor which passes by another arrangement situated on the conveyor line for recognising the data and which transmits recognising identification signals, a pick up programmed for reading handwritten ranges on the document, a control arrangement sensitive to the recognition signals, an arrangement to provide inscriptions for documents belonging to one account, and a copying arrangement to make a permanent copy of both sides of the document being inspected. The pickup in a screen and identification arrgt. is an optic or magnetic unit. The control has a magazine for storing rejected documents which reacts to a signal 'NOT KNOWN'.
