Abstract

The coherent light beam (11) from a laser source (10) is divided by a beam splitter (L1) into an object beam (FE) and a reference beam (FR), the former reflected from a mirror (M1) and passing via to lenses (O1, O2) to the object space, which is followed by a glass diffuser plate (D), the diffused light impinging on an inclined photographic plate. The reference beam (FR) is divided by a second beam splitter (L2) into two reference beams (FR1, FR2) which are deflected by respective mirrors (M2M3M4) onto the photographic plate (H), each beam (FR1, FR2) having a different angle of incidence. The plate (H) is exposed twice, the first time with no object in the object space and the second time with the object present.
