Abstract

The upper (1) and lower (2) parts of the container are identical, comprising a bowl, with a flange (1b, 2b) at an angle to the sides (1a, 2a). An annular ring (3) has an inner wall (3c), at right angles to its flat top (3b), and an outer wall (3a) diverging outwards (3'). The inner face of this outside wall is profiled to form two recesses (3d, 3f) separated by a rib (3e). In use, the ring is pushed over the upper part (1) until the flange engages the farthest recess (3d). This assembly is then pushed over the lower part (2), its flange engaging the remaining recess (3f), sealing at the back.
