Abstract

The docks consist of a number of floats which may be joined together side by side or floated separately. Each dock is anchored or located under a foot of a floating platform, arranged in its floating position. In this way each leg of the floating platform is capable of being supported. When it is required to e.g. clean or paint the platform, the docks are floated by expelling water from the tanks by means of compressed air. The platform is floated to the required level. In this position the stability of the platform is increased. The docks may be used for various arrangement of platform legs.
