Abstract
The device has an elongate case having a lower part with a concave bottom surface (11) which is placed against the body of the patient. The inductive circuit (22) has a coil which is located adjacent the latter concave surface (11) and is connected to an electronic circuit (24) for providing a audio frequency signal for each detected pacemaker pulse, and supplying the audio signal to a loudspeaker (21) which is placed above the inductive circuit (22) against the upper surface (19) of the case. The device is operated by a battery (20) and the battery (20) and loudspeaker (21) are supported by a internal ledge (18).
