Abstract

A vehicle cooler fan assembly includes a motor located in a housing consisting of two pref. cup-shaped parts. Each part of the housing includes a bearing for the shaft of the motor and a fan is secured to the shaft. Pref. the housing is formed from polyamide 6.6 reinforced with glass fibres. The assembly is compact and easy to assemble thereby reducing production costs.
