Abstract

The apparatus has a washing head comprising one part rotating on another and with jet sprays at the end of hollow arms projected in all directions. The head is fixed on the end of a pipe rotated about its axis by a mechanism on a support detachably secured to barrel or tank. The pipe can rotate in a support adjustable for height by a screw acting on a slide. The slide can work in a guide attached to a tapered bung jammed in an orifice in the barrel or tank. The bung can have a lengthwise bore through which the pipe passes. The pipe can be driven round by a set of grooved pulleys with belts from an electric motor.
