Abstract

The roaster is designed for fitting in caravans for use with gas or electric supplies. When in use the appliance in vertical cross section presents a vertical wall fixed base plate (5) with the hot plate (2) cantilevering horizontally out at mid-wall plate height to be tied in position by the cover plate (22) which is fixed between the top of the wall plate (23) and the end of the hot plate (40) at an angle of about 25 deg. to the horizontal. The ends of the hot plate and cover plate have corresponding hinges and the inner end of the hot plate is guided vertically in the support frame (1) as the roaster is set up or collapsed.
