Abstract

The slide track for drawer (T) is of the type locating a horizontal runner projecting exterminally from the top lateral drawer edge, and embodies a stop (23) which is designed to prevent accidental drawer removal under a translative pull, a small rotation of the drawer being required to effect removal or insertion, the stop otherwise catching the top edge of the drawer's rear wall (pf). Pref. the track is predominantly of F section, the horizontals (15, 16) receiving the drawer runner (A). The stop (23) is formed a short distance from the drawer entry point by returning the top bar (15) of the F downwards for half the runner depth and effectively discontinuing the mid F bar (16) in the vicinity.
