Abstract

The projector incorporates a manual selector which is mechanically coupled to the changeover system for the film gate, claw and film guide which are closely grouped about the film gate. The selector is coupled to a switch and to a control element. These couple the film transport motor to the axially movable dual sprocket so that it is moved automatically into the correct axial position for the chosen film gauge. The design is claimed to be simple and economical to construct and to simplify projector operation by combining all gauge changeover functions in a single control.
