Abstract

A ring shaped holder for flower arrangements. It is not necessary to wire the stems for insertion. A rigid flat base (6) has a waterproof layer (1). A synthetic foam material (3), also ring shaped, is wrapped in an impermeable cover (2) and is placed on top of the waterproof layer (1). The complete assembly is bound together by a plastic trellis (5) which is fixed to the base and which has holes of various sizes to grip flowers and branches. The arrangement is kept damp by watering since the synthetic foam can take up and hold water.
