Abstract
The training or rehabilitation support frame allows pedal effort to be adjusted. A bicycle drive wheel axle is supported in a wide based (1) adjustable fork (2) and its tyred rim is supported on twin braking rollers (4): these latter straddling the support fork (1) and connecting thereto by pinned connecting rods (3). Further pinned connecting rods emanate from each roller axis to vertical flank screw jacks (5); one of which connects to a horizontal jack (7). The rollers grip (4) and effect brakage of the drive wheel depending on the horizontal jack (7) adjustment which controls horizontal roller spacing. The integral mechanism is convenient for storage and transport.
