Abstract

The plastic bucket has two separate compartments with the first filled with clean water. A grating is fixed in the second compartment for squeezing out the mop. The mop uses a sponge pad, and when not in use, is placed in a small receptacle on the side of the bucket where a magnet and magnetic strip holds it in place. A handle is fitted to the bucket. The grating is typically a thin aluminium sheet perforated by holes of about 5 mm diameter, and is supported by its ends which hook over the squeezing compartment sides.
