Abstract
Six paralle oscillators covering together the frequency range of 70 to 600 MHz feed a common transmission line terminating at both ends in its characteristic impedance. A mixer fed from this line and from a 95 to 610 MHz variable source feeds a phase comparator. The resultant beat frequency is compared with the output of another source fed from another series of two mixers deriving their output from 14 to 21 MHz sources. A beat frequency of 100 to 600 MHz output results.
