This frequency is set to a frequency higher than the upper limit of the broadcast frequency by 2...4MHz approximately. In respect to the upper limit of the VHF band, the upper limit of the broadcast frequency is adjusted by a voltage slightly lower than the maximum value of the tuning voltage. Next, lower limits of the VHF and the UHF bands are set by DC power source 8. As a result, the receiving frequency band can be limited surely and easily only by changing slightly the conventional receiving unit.
