Abstract

A transportable grape juice prodn set consists of a transport tank which is mounted on a wheeled chassis and is connected by hose to a grape crushing and conveying device. The latter can be designed as an eccentric worm gear pump and masher; it is mounted on the same chassis as the tank but can direct the produced juice into another transport tank. When no other tank is available, it works in a closed circuit with its own tank.
