Containers made of plastics materials which are coated internally and externally with a conductive layer pref. 0.01-1.0 mm thick based on metals of the primary Gps. II, III and IV and the sub gps. of Gps. I, II and V to VIII, or of alloys of the metals, e.g. Zn, Al, bronze. Avoids discharge arcs as an ignitions risk with containers made of e.g. polyolefin, polyamide, polyacrylic, polystyrene, ABS or polyurethane cpds.
