Multifilament feed yarn composed by PACM-12 polyamide and derived from bis-4-aminocyclohexyl methane (>=45% transisomer) has between five and ten holes in its cross-section. The holes are essentially symmetric about a centre line through the lobe, are roughly equal in length and are equally spaced about the centre of the filament. The filaments are characterized in that the Modification Ratio(M.
