Abstract
Cream prods., e.g. butter, mayonnaise, ice-cream, cosmetics, etc., are dispersed as required, and cooled; by discharge as emulsion blended with propellant, e.g. CO2 or 'Fresh', through a nozzle, against a conical baffle, where the emulsion is inverted. The nozzle vents into a chamber and fanning is controlled by regulating air inlet; cream is forced through the apex of the conical baffle, and is homogenized by further baffles, before being dispensed as a layer, by a flattened applicator. The dispenser may be used with an 'aerosol' can; or with an ind. unit comprising a mixer, pressurizer, and blender.
