Abstract

Horizontal drum with rotary drive has filtering cartridges, connected to a collector and a pressure air source by a distributor head. Inside the drum is an axial screw conveyor removing the filtered residue. The filter cartridges are arranged in a row (s) parallel to the cylindrical drum wall at its circumference, with fastening in the drum face wall. When passing over the screw conveyor the cartridges are rotated. Between the cartridges and the lower drum wall is a mixer on the fixed part of the conveyor, affording vibratory motion.
