Abstract

Foliar feeding compsns. for application to fruit trees and bushes, kitchen vegetables and flowers, comprises (a) a soln of at least one active component selected from water-soluble fertilisers contg. nitrogen, phosphorus, and/or or potassium, and water soluble, cpds. contg. trace elements including Fe, Mg, Zn, Mn, Cu, B and Mo; (b) 0.1 to 5 pts. of dimethyl sulphoxide per part of active component and (c) optional additives such as colouring matter and surfactants. Pref. concn of dimethyl sulphoxide is 0.5 to 2 pts/pt of active component.
