Granular supplement contains (%):- non-protein nitrogen (18-28); phosphorus (4.5-8); NaCl (0-15); anhydrous Na2SO4 (1-5); natural Ca-Mg carbonate (6-10); trace elements Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Co and I (1.5-2); sulphur (0-2). Opt. vitamins and antibiotics are added. A pref. nitrogen cpd. is prilled urea. The product has good storage properties, better handling characteristics and reduced hygroscopicity.
