Abstract

The components are:- (a) 10-90 pbw of a copolymer of 70-90 wt.% styrene and 30-10% maleic acid anhydride. (b) 90-10 pbw of a polymer of 60-100% methyl methacrylate, 30-0% styrene and 10-0% of a 1-4C alkyl acrylate. (c) 0.50 pbw of a copolymer of 60-90% styrene and 40-10% acrylonitrile based on 100 pts of (a) plus (b). The material has good mechanical props., resistance to thermal deformation and light, with excellent transparency and high melt fluidity suitable for moulding.
