Abstract

Ceramic particles compacted by vibration consist of fine granules, some coarse granules, containing plutonium and uranium (or thorium), and some coarse granules containing only uranium (or thorium). The coarse particles containing plutonium pref. consist of mixed oxides, the other coarse particles consist of only uranium (or thorium) oxide.
