Abstract

A radiographic film comprising a transparent support coated on both sides with a photosensitive layer, an MnO2 dispersion in a hydrophilic colloid being placed between the photosensitive layer(s) and the support. Advantages include reduction of secondary exposure and increase in sharpness, minimum loss of sensitivity elimination of the absorbing product by conventional treatment and absence of migration and desensitization.
