Abstract

Distributor for controlling the continuous distribution of resin impregnated lignocellulose particles of similar material during the prodn. of panels has a particle supplying belt (1), a horizontal weighing belt (2) placed between the particle supply belt (1) at the support (3) for receiving the distributed material, and having essentially the width of the supply belt, an apparatus for weighing the product placed on the belt (4) which is placed at least one metre in the direction of displacement of the belt (1) and the support (3), and a controller (4) for the velocity of the belt (1), so that this belt (1) can be accelerated or retarded in orer to maintain constant the quantity of product resting on the weighing belt (2), and therefore the weight of the product directed onto the support (3). The product weighing apparatus consists of a measuring device (5) movable relative to a zero position, an electric reaction circuit with a switch (6) and a commutator whose movable contact (7) is connected mechanically to the measuring device (5), this commutator being connected to the switch outlet and fed electrically when the measuring device (5) reaches one or the other of two positions (7,8) corresponding to the max. divergences of weight allowed between the weight of product presented on the weighing belt (2) and the theoretical predetermined weight.
