Abstract

A sintered plate consists of ZnO as the main component and 0.05-10.0 mol. % FeO and 0.05-10.0 mol % NiO, TiO, MgO, MnO, CrO, CoO, BaO, SrO, BeO, CdO and/or PbF2 as additives. A silver paint electrode is mounted on at least one of the opposing surfaces of the sintered plate.
