Abstract

The service apparatus is arranged as a transportable autonomous units comprising a support with gripping and manipulating elements, an immersed pump driven by an electric motor carried by the support, a filter element, and a distributor valve which may be set at will to feed fluid from the pump either into the bath or to the filter element. Spec. low voltage heater and a regulating thermostat may be provided for the bath as part of the unit. The filter element comprises a cylindrical enclosure with stoppers which permit access to a permeable recipient filled with the filtrant medium e.g. granular quartzite.
