Abstract
Gripping-soldering device for gripping and transporting a light object esp a semiconductor device lying against the first end of a suction tube in which exists vacuum created by means operating at the second end of the tube, and for soldering this object onto a support by fusion of a solder exposed to a stream of hot gas comprises a chamber traversed by the suction tube whose first and second ends are respectively outside and inside the chamber, the chamber being provided with at least one inlet orifice and two exit orifices for the hot gas. The first of the exit orifices, pref. closable, directs the stream of hot gas towards the first end of the suction tube, while a venturi, which is traversed by the stream of hot gas for creating the vacuum inside the suction tube is arranged between the second of the exit orifices and the second end of the suction tube.
